The message below doesn’t say which EBSCOhost databases will be affected, so I assume it’s possible that any of them could be.  Please be aware that you may experience some access problems or slowness on EBSCOhost databases this weekend, 1/31/09 and 2/1/09.

Below is an update on the transition of Blackwell journals to Wiley InterScience and the shutdown of Synergy, which is still on track to take place this weekend.

The scheduled downtime is as follows:

Friday, June 27 @ 9:00 pm: Blackwell Synergy closes down.

Saturday, June 28 @ 5:00 am: Wiley InterScience goes offline temporarily.

Sunday, June 29 @ 9:00 pm: Wiley InterScience comes back online, with Blackwell journals incorporated.  Blackwell Synergy is no longer available.
