Beginning November 6, 2006 the GT Library is participating in the LibQUAL+ Survey, a large-scale, user-based assessment of library service effectiveness developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) in collaboration with Texas A&M University. This is the third time that the GT Library will have participated in this survey. We are doing so in conjunction with more than 20 other University System of Georgia libraries. The LibQUAL+ Survey uses a web-based to gauge library users’ general attitudes toward Georgia Tech’s libraries, as well as their overall level of satisfaction with the libraries’ services. Our survey invitation will go to a random-sampling of each Georgia Tech academic community: 900 undergraduate students, 900 graduate students, and 600 faculty.
