NOTE: This database was not renewed and is no longer available for use, December 2003.The Gartner database provides research and analysis from Gartner Inc. in 26 focus areas, with coverage beginning in May 2001. The focus areas include semiconductors, hardware, software, telecom, wireless and knowledge management. Gartner is one of the leading IT consultants, and provides research and consulting to more than 10,000 organizational clients. Currently, access is via browsing document titles within the 100 core topics; a subject searching interface is being developed. Use of the Gartner database is restricted to educational use only. The Gartner database is provided by the Georgia Tech Library and OIT (Office of Information Technology).
